The Fantastic Philippines
In the Philippines we did lots of fun things including puzzle museum, jeepneys, food, and climbing a volcano!
So we walked around everywhere and saw a lot but not all the puzzles. There we’re so many and it was hard to believe that one lady had done all of it. Then we got to the top floor and we saw the 1st and 2nd biggest puzzles in the world. And again that one lady had done both of them by herself.
Jeepneys
Jeepneys are long jeeps that are public transports that bring you places. But the funny thing is, is that there not like taxis were you get your own private car.
The jeepneys are more like buses where you pay them money and hop on with other people. By the way it cost 8 Php for one person, not that bad.
You just stand on the side of the rode, wave it over, tell them where your going, and pay your money. Cool right?
Food
In the Philippines there food is sweet most of the time and when I say sweet I mean it in two ways, the deserts are always super sweet and there food is super good. (Sweet) my favorite food they make is called bulalo. It’s basically some soup with meat in it. I think it’s really yummy. I also have a favorite desert called halo-halo it’s ice cream, sweet corn, jello, and a couple more ingredients.
Climbing the volcano
In the Philippines we climbed the smallest volcano in the world! Crazy right! Well it was sorta big for the smallest volcano in the world.
My favorite part about hiking it was seeing the inside of the volcano and seeing some steam through cracks from lava. And I have to admit that I was a little scared of hiking an active volcano.
The puzzle museum
The puzzle museum was awesome. So what the puzzle museum basically was it was a wide building with hundreds of puzzles that one lady had put together, and most of the puzzles were ginormous! So we walked around everywhere and saw a lot but not all the puzzles. There we’re so many and it was hard to believe that one lady had done all of it. Then we got to the top floor and we saw the 1st and 2nd biggest puzzles in the world. And again that one lady had done both of them by herself.

It took us about 45 minutes to climb to the top. It sure was an awesome adventure. And an amazing view at the top. I even got a anklet that said, “Taal Volcano Philippines “.
